Giving Migration

We understand many of our generous donors have set up recurring gifts with our current online giving platform. As we transition to the new platform, it’s important to note that your existing recurring donations will not automatically carry over.

What this means for our current recurring donors:

• You will need to manually cancel your recurring gift in the old platform before the transition.
• Once the new platform is live, you can then set up a new recurring donation through your updated donor account.

This extra step is necessary to ensure a smooth migration to the enhanced features and functionality of our new online giving system. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we’re confident you’ll appreciate the improved user experience on the new platform.

When you’re ready, simply log into your donor account and navigate to the “Recurring Donations” section to set up your gift. You can choose the amount, frequency, and payment method that works best for you.

As a reminder, you’ll also need to re-enter your credit/debit card or bank account details in the new system. This is a one-time requirement to ensure we have your up-to-date payment info.
